Shashank Manohar

Shashank Vyankatesh Manohar (Marathi: शशांक व्यंकटेश मनोहर) is a prominent Indian lawyer and past President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.[1] During his presidency India became the No 1 Test side & won the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup defeating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final.[2]

He is the son of V. R. Manohar[3] and was born in Nagpur, India. Before being president of BCCI, he was President of Vidarbha Cricket Association.
